No service for slow internet

I have been a client of Afrihost for years and I use you recommended Afrihost but unfortunately I am sad to say that Afrihost and the service they give is just not the same.

I have been struggling with REALLY slow internet every evening for almost 3 weeks now and Afrihost is not coming back to me.

At first when we logged a complaint it was closed without the problem being fixed. Then when we phoned they suggested it is where our Rooter is standing, but during they day our speed is perfect. Then they told us that they did report it to Telkom.... Well that was the last and it was 4 days ago.

As soon as it is 18:00 our internet is slow again and we can't stream anything.

Why am I paying for a high speed service that I am only getting during the day....

This is so disappointing and I will not suggest Afrihost to anyone anymore as the service is ****.
