No service for over a month with afrihost and telkom

<p>Adsl line down for over a month. Afrihost keeps on sendind excuses and nice emails. But still no service and no connectivity. No one with authority gets involved. No eta. The service im experiencing with afrihost and telkom is tottaly unexceptable. And after all of this im still being charged. Hellopeter is step 1. I will take this further.
