No service for brand loyalist

Been struggling for over a week to migrate my Openserve fibre line via Afrihost. The new premises are 300m from the old and already has Openserve infrastructure installed.

Afrihost first declined to process my migration request due to their "billing cycle" and couldn't assist me, although I've been a loyally paying customer for over 8 years.

The migration has now been ordered, but not actioned because they want me to contact Openserve and get previous owner's ISP deprovisioned.
