NO SERVICE FOR 4 DAYS

I am quickly getting fed-up with Afrihost.

I have had no service since Saturday and therefore had to purchase additional data from MTN. I have tried numerous times to contact Afrihost. All I get are smses and emails notifying me that I have not connected to my APN for over 8 hours. How can I when it has not been working for 4 days!!!!!!!!!
