No service

Vumatel & Afrihost Name and shame is the only way left. Since installation on the 8th of December 2022 I have been struggling to complete the activation of my WiFi and internet service. I have contacted these service providers on a regular basis getting mixed results and unfortunately still no service. I have paid a month’s worth of fees for no access. Answers by technicians and support personnel have ranged from the one side of tbe spectrum to the other and back. Promises of technicians to come out, to call back or to fix the problem have resulted in nothing. Bad service is the name of this game.
