No service

I recently opened a fiber line account with Afrihost, I have been mailed that my line is live / active yet I have no connectivity. Ive spent hours on the phone talking to call center agents and texting via WhatsApp and none of the employees were able to assist me or give me reasoning why I don't have internet. This has been a disappointing and concerning introduction to the service provider.
