No Service Delivery

I app**** for a home wireless package on the 9th of November 2017 and I was under the belief that the connectivity process takes between 1-3 days, however it is now the 8th of February 2018 and I am still not connected. I have sent out multiple emails and have received a few follow ups from afrihost personell however none of it has led to an actual connection in my home. I am not sure how else to get the attention of the company as they seem disinterested in assisting me to get connected.
