No service at all

Very bad service. For over a week now I get no kelp from Afrihost. My LTE upload is dead slow and they do nothing about it. I get promised their manager would call me. Never did. I get promised a complaints form . Never get it. I get told their advanced team would look at it and call me. Nobody ever calls. Shame on you AFRIHOST.
