No service @ afrihost.com

I have been trying to get fiber installed at my home now for over 2 weeks. Afrihost is not assisting, when I ask to talk to a manager, they do a call back. When they do call back, its a normal operator, phoning after hours. Who then can't assist due to openserve not being available. They say that there is no fiber yet 4 units of our complex (total 8) have fiber and I cannot get. And I have a openserve order number.
