No service at Afrihost

Has anyone tried to even call Afrihost of late, you hold on for 15-20min and don't get to the right person, then you get forwarded to the next department only to hold again for ages. There is no esacalation and when yuou ask to talk to someone senior you get told they don't take calls...Their call centre audio quality is also very bad.

Recently they have changed a configuration on their network which blocks CloudFlare one of the biggest DNS resolvers and their ZeroTrust WARP application. This has resulted in hundreds of our employees who make use of Afrihost not being able to use the client when working remotely. I fear I will have to start advising these employees to change service providers as none of the other ISP's present this issue...
