No Service and unhelpful staff

I have struggled to send emails as the server has a very poor reputation. i have brought this to the attention of Afrihost who explained that because it is a shared server and if another user was flagged as problematic this problem will occur. they were supposed to have fixed the problem but to date nothing has been done. i have followed up repeatedly without any luck and each agent i speak to know less and is less helpful. i last spoke to Tutu who promised that a team was working on it and that they would make contact, but unfortunately i have not been contacted and the problem not resolved. i have had this problem on an ongoing basis over the past year.
