no "Service"

<p>Hello,</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently made the mistake to sign up with Afrihost for internet services. In the two months i am with Afrihost, my "service" has been down for more then 70% of the time.</p> <p> </p> <p>When mailing and phoning Afrihost (because you have zero % chance of hearing anything from then unless you constantly contact them) i have several mail trails explaining different reasons for this outage. Making it obvious that no one knows what is going on. </p> <p> </p> <p>The more i contact them, the more i am certain that this issue will only be ongoing for sometime still. On positive note: Afrihost are really good at DEDUCTING money of your account montly, but not at fixing issues.</p> <p> </p>
