No service

Ticket open for more than 4 days now, no feedback on ticket after enquirying 4 to 5 times per day. Support agent Mali R told me multiple times on WhatsApp support that she followed up with the backend, just for the next support agent on the next follow up to tell me they can't phone so Mali R **** to me.

Day 4 - no update of my problem and no resolution.
