NO SERVICE

Everyone keeps raving about how great Afrihost is, but then why can I get not even a hint of that service?

I have had nothing but endless issues since moving over to Afrihost a month ago. All my Whatsapp messages have resulted in no resolution. I report my issues and are told to wait 72 hours for an sms and/feedback. It has been weeks since my reported issues. No feedback.

My emails to Afrihost have resulted in no resolution. I emailed on the 10th july. I followed up today, and was told my issue was resolved. Oh? And how did you decide that? Because clearly my internet connection never got the memo. And once again no feedback. And then the consultant has the AUDACITY to ask me what issue I am still experiencing.

NO SERVICE NO INTERNET NO FEEDBACK

What else am I supposed to do???
