No service

I have tried getting hold of someone for 2 weeks now and no one gets back to me. Now my line has gone back to the telkom pool and this will have a waiting period before I can connect again. They emailed me and I have rep**** on that email a few times and still nothing. I have always Thought highly of afrihost service but this is unacceptable. Waste of time and money.
