I signed up for a promotional offer with Afrihost, similar to other LTE resellers with the rain 55/110GB solution. Afrihost indicated the SIM card will be delivered on Tuesday the 5th between 9AM and 5PM and that I have to be available to sign for it personally.

After phoning Afrihost twice on the 5th I was told that it would be delivered before 5PM, it was never delivered. On Wednesday again I was told 9AM to 5PM, I couldn't wait an entire day without confirmation of when it would be delivered. Delivery was at 4PM, I was up the road and contacted Afrihost to request the driver to wait 5 minutes but was told this was not possible.

On Thursday no attempt at delivery took place despite Afrihost confirming that delivery will take place "between 9AM and 5PM". On Friday no delivery took place. On Monday the 18th I contacted Afrihost again and was told that I will be contacted within 72 hours to make arrangements for delivery. I was never contacted, when contacting Afrihost on Thursday the 14th I was told that the service was canceled due to failed "attempted delivery". I requested that Afrihost provide GPS logs / time logs to prove delivery was attempted and was instead cut off.
