No Service

So no internet for a month, paying Afrihost R600 a month and Telkom R300, now buying airtime as well. Afri host is no host at all! No service calls, no progress updates, useless useless useless!!!!!! So I get fibre hoping this will give them another chance, the router arrived for installation from Dawnwing to install fibre. Still waiting for installation, maybe if I sell this router I might a few rands back, it's the only thing it's good for! Every time I phone, they will get back to me!!!!???!
