fibre not active. i have paid and they do not deliver, various queries lodged with ticket numbers not responded to. i have been a loyal client over the years. now this. they do not have the infrastructure to manage the fibre network. currently holding for an operator to connect me to someone to deal with my query. i am caller nr 20 with estimated holding time of 48 minutes! as a customer also spending time and money on communication to them as the live chat is an email with no response but a ticket nr. i have spoken to everna on occation and keenan and neither exist when calling back. still holding for representative to speak to me. it is a mess running a business via afrihost, nightmare
