No service

So I app**** for fiber on the 7th of July 2023, and I am still waiting for my fiber tp be activated, today is the 8th of August 2023.

At 1st the person who assisted me was helpful, the problem is you never speak to the same person. Every time you contact them it is someone else that assists and everyone gives you a different excuse.

I was told that from the 1st of August when they get my line from the other service provider it will only take 48 to 72 hours. Guess what my order was only placed yesterday 7 August 2023. I have been in communication with Afrihost from the 1st and every time I get a reference number or escalation number, but no one updates the profile. I spoke to 5 different agents via WhatsApp, and 3 different agents over the phone.

Afrihost is supposed to be the best service provider for fiber according to Google, clearly, the reviews are not correct. Today the agent just told me to I have to wait... 24 to 72 hours.

Guess I will have to wait for another week or maybe 2??
