NO SERVCE FOR MORE THAN A MONTH

<p>Dear Mr G Visser , Please kindly note that I have orered at Fiber Capped line through Afrihost and add this to all my other products with Afrihost, Now more than a month this installation has not been done. I request feedback on this matter and the answer is that openserve has not attended to same. I spoke with Pendress this AM and can not provide me with a ref number on this matter ? IREPS moved all over to afrihost to manage our services Telkom/opensever ? Now I need to make hundreds of calls and still no answer as Openserve requires my ref numbers ???? This is shocking how your clients need to struggle . . . </p>
