No rush to support you in an urgent situation

I have a website down now for more than 24h and the only way to rectify this is by accessing my Afrihost account to make changes. Unfortunately the email address associated with the account does not work at the moment so I contacted support and was asked to supply verification info for an email change which I promptly did. What followed is complete silence with the only assurance from whatsapp support that the matter will be dealt within 48h. This is the only host I have dealt with who are so ***********ly slow, especially when you tell them and they know that it's urgent. No communication and no updates.
