No roaming options for Afrihost's AirMobile - unacceptable!

I have been a loyal supporter of Afrihost for many years, they have great customer service BUT I recently moved over to their AirMobile E-sim and found out with a shock this morning that they do not have roaming options at all, which means that after 3 months of not using your sim card, the number will be recycled. This is unacceptable. And apparently there is nothing that can be done about this. Can someone please help!
