No response to support ticket

I signed up for Rain LTE with Afrihost 2 years ago. For the first few months the speeds were great! Up to 40 Mbps download speeds. Then it went south from there. At the moment I'm lucky if I get 1 Mbps in the evenings. Some days it drops to 0.1 Mbps and then I can't even read my email. I have reached out to Rain and they said I should log a support ticket with Afrihost. I logged the ticket on 2 Feb (Ticket: UQK-***9). It is now 4 days later and I haven't heard a thing from Afrihost.

I'm paying for a service that is 100x worse than when I signed up. Come on Afrihost, make a plan! At least respond to my ticket...
