No response to call back requests through their Client Zone APPLICATION

Afrihost "pure internet Joy" is far from the truth , Have requested a number of Call back requests and to date no one has had the decency to called back to assist me with my Fiber internet connection problem despite Afrihost people promising me that they have escalated the call importance ???? Once again another Service provider who cant walk their own talk ?? Afrihost Management is hiding behind their ineffective client support systems and obvious incompetence to deal with my issues ??? Waiting to see what their excuse is going to be as all they are good at is to Apologies all the time , fix the problem
