No response on Support tickets and no feedback after 4 weeks

What a terrible experience. I have been running our business dedicated hosting package on Afrihost for the last 2 years. I logged a support ticket with Afrihost 4 weeks ago asking for the data on the dedicated hosting to be transferred to individual hosting. I was assured that this will be done. I have sent numerous emails to Afrihost requesting the status and just being ignored. Terrible service from Afrihost. Luckily we are moving away from Afrihost so I don't have to deal with this any more.
