No response on slow internet connection

Unfortunate that Afrihost spends so much time and effort into trying to woo over new customers rather than satisfy the ones they have.

I logged a call 10 days ago saying my internet connection was below par for what I should be getting on a 4mbps line. I was told the Afrihost network gurus were going to monitor my line...I have asked for a followup TWICE and have not received so much as an acknowledgement either time. Maybe they think 0.20mpbs download is acceptable for a 4mpbs line? Maybe its time to move to Web Africa like everyone has suggested
