No response!!

My wifi has been disconnected since Friday, for a freelance writer that is VERY bad as I am losing business. <br> <br> Numerous calls to Afrihost to find out when a Telkom technician will go out to my property have gone unanswered. When you call they just say they can do nothing, when you request a call back they ignore you. <br> <br> I would like Afrihost to explain WHY i pay them to deal with Telkom on my behalf when I end up having to do it myself anyway. This happened a few months ago as well and getting my promised refund out of Afrihost was like pulling teeth.
