No resolution to nearly 3 weeks without internet connection

I make use of Afrihost (using Telkom's infrastructure) for a 40gig 4mps line rental. However, we have not had any internet connection for nearly 3 weeks now. I've attempted to contact Telkom to no avail, so I turned to Afrihost for help in the matter. I realise that the line fault is on Telkom's side, but the effect is that I am paying for internet through Afrihost which I can not use.

This has caused loss of business and extreme difficulty. I have had to make use of data hotspots created with my phone and the extra costs of purchasing data is adding up fast.

I would like to ask Afrihost to urgently take this up with Telkom (they have, but can't give me any sort of timeframe for when this will be resolved). I've contacted them 4 times now, and the best they can do is inform me that Telkom has been informed of the line fault.

I am very sorry, but I cannot pay for services which I am not receiving. Although I realise Afrihost is technically not at fault, they administrate my line, and therefore should be held responsible for the issue. I feel that Afrihost should reimburse me for the month which I could not access internet (August) and also suspend charging my account until the matter is resolved.
