No resolution for over 6 months. The worst Service Provider by far.

I have been having issues with Vuma and Afrihost since last year September, I keep getting intermittent connectivity issues and sometimes I lose connectivity completely and all I get is different reference numbers but no feedback or resolution to my issue, Each time I call I am told that Vuma has closed my query and they see nothing wrong with my line however I keep experiencing the same issue. This is the latest ref number I got ISP-446981 and Afrihost keeps telling me they have escalated with Vuma for the past week and half now. I am tired and even thinking of cancelling this contract as I am not getting any joy from Afrihost nor Vuma.
