No relationship with Openserve. Misleading website

The Afrihost.com website says that installation usually takes one week. We placed an order for Fibre with Afrihost on 7th August. As soon as we place the order, the promise of the week disappears and the Afrihost emails says they are 'waiting for Openserve' . 6 days later still no movement, no communication from Openserve. Openserve have no customer service, an automated email response says please contact you service provider. Yet Afrihost have no liaison with Openserve. We're trying to move a business into an office. We took a rental agreement starting this week on the back of Afrihosts 1 week estimation. We can't move. The customer service in this market is non existent and the communication is zero. When will we get our fibre Afrihost? Please remove the 1 week from your website. It is costing your customers and misleading us. reference number ********** 22
