No refund after 30 working days

I ordered Fibre from Afrihost 23 November. They deducted a payment 25 November. When by 17 December I still had no connection, I cancelled. They collected the router and I was informed that my refund will take 14 working days. 30 working days later I still did not get it. Their whatsapp help is also no use as they only direct you to email te company. I want my money back!
