No product delivered and ZERO service!!!!

I ordered fiber through afrihost on their vumatel deal. After 6 weeks I have heard nothing back from EITHER company. Afrihost then billed me for a service I have not received nor had installed nor had ANY communication in. PATHETIC!!! After 10 years as a customer I'm closing my accounts and reversing my debit order. You have failed as a company.
