No problem solving skills

If ever you were looking for a internet provider that would be able to provide you with stable internet and great problem solving skills, this is not that company. For the last 2 weeks my internet takes a dip from 5pm to literally 0mbps and they can not resolve the issue, instead they make me speak to consultants daily and repeat the same thing over and over again with no resolve.
