No point oredering services from them - a waste of time

I have been waiting since October for Afrihost to activate my fiber connection. everything is installed. The fiber line, the Black box and the router. However, it has taken them a month to tell me "ok, it will take 9 weeks for installation" and now, 10 weeks later, I haven't heard anything from them.

Their support system is permanently not working or offline.

Different people address my situation and I always get mixed feedback on what is being done.

No worries as they obviously don't care about retaining customers.
