No OTP

I have tried to not log a complaint but as a result of the first ticket logged about the fact i'm not receiving OTP's from different institutions the Bank and Natis was trying to renew a motor vehicle licence i cannot complete the payment because i'm NOT RECEIVING A OTP VIA MY AIRMOBILE NUMBER
