No one wants my payment

Fiber installed through afrihost and vuma reach a month ago. Now time for new month payment and between afrihist and vuma reach cannot advise me how to make payment. I have been on calls with call center agents since 10am and it's now 4pm and NO ONE can tell me how or who to make payment to. All I want is to pay so I can have my fiber up and running.
