No mobile service after 8 days!

<p>Unacceptable service from Afrihost - despite 4 help sms (all of which I pay for) none have been answered. 2 Help ticket requests (Ticket ID: DCE-***8) (Ticket ID: FOV-***3) One of these tickets were answered stating that "I see there is an error, I have escalated the matter to our development team<br />and will get back to you as soon as I get feedback." (4 days ago ands still no answer) and still my phone is not connected after 8 days!!!!!! and no help - I really did not want to go to Hellopeter.com for this but I am desperate and have had no help from Afrihost - I have not been able to use my phone for 8 days! Regretting now having moved my mobile to Afrihost.</p>
