No LTE Signal Still Debit Account

I have had no signal on LTE for weeks. Everytime I log a call I get a reference but no one ever calls back to assist. I am paying for a service I am not receiving and being bounced around from one consultant to the next. I don't see why I should chase the support staff. They should have called me weeks ago. Don't waste your time or money with Afrihost.
