No joy from Afrihost and paying for zero service!

It has now been 6 days since I was promised a call back. SMS Help to 32541 and we'll call you right back? Really! I've had no response! Calling from Cape Town my phone bill is in the hundreds and my website is still not up and I have not received a single email all week. Number 13 in line on your call centre! I am loosing business and I get zero support. Would I recommend Afrihost? Shall I answer that?
