No intrest in solving a problem

I've been struggling for two days to get my NEW account unblocked. Customer service just give the same generic answers. Like please email Security@afrihost or please wait for a response from security@afrihost. There is absolutely NO intention to get to a solution! Everything just ends in a message saying We can't help you please wait for the problem to solve itself
