NO INTERNT FR 2 WKS - BAD INTRNET SERVICE PROVIDER

Internet is always down, we reboot few times a day, call center agents does not help. My speed is always slow even though I have a 4mbps line. They bill you every month and take your money no problem, even though you don't have internet access. I will be cancelling my DSL line and look for a new service provider soon.
