No Internet, No service

Where to begin !! I decided to go for fibre after much deliberation that my 5g wasn't enough for my household. Choosing a 50 up and down line from Afrihost even though they were much more expensive than other service providers for the simple reasoning that they were well established and i wouldn't struggle with poor internet or bad service. What a massive shock, my fibre was installed end of May , till today i have no internet, it does not work, we have logged calls endlessly , someone gets back to you and tells you to do a million things that take you an hour every time and still it doesn't work. I haven't had 1 day of internet yet they are not interested, last week after losing my patience i phoned again, again they wanted to do a speed test, there is no internet so there is no speed yet they really don't care, simply not interested. I have paid for 2 months now and don't have internet, i had to reconnect my Rain 5g out of desperation and pay for Rain and Afrihost. I don't know how im going to even resolve this issue so i really would not advise anyone to take a risk, rather go for someone else.
