No internet joy

I reported an issue regarding my Wifi connection being down, it's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for someone to actually pick up the phone and explain to me what's going on. All I've received was emails (when I ask for an update) asking me to restart my router and the issue being on the side of MTN.

It's pathetic!
