No Internet Joy

I recently app**** for a fibre package through Afrihost which was promptly installed, but has never worked. The call centre agents log a case then close it immediately without resolving the problem. I have been trying in vain to reply to mails sent by them asking if they can be of further assistance, as they never reply. I am now entering a third month of absolutely no internet, even though I am being billed. Afrihost's client service is appalling to say the very least. Never ever apply for any connectivity product from them.
