No Internet for two weeks now

Afrihost, the home of pure Internet despair! Line went down two weeks ago. Every day is a new story. Today I was on the line for 1:17, waiting to speak to a supervisor. After the agent told me that the supervisor was there, I held for another fifteen minutes before giving up. As they knew I would do. This exciting company has just become another south African telecom joke, where customers have no rights, but we tow the line due to lack of options. Sad, sad story.
