No internet for 5 days and counting

I pay the extra cash each month so that my dsl line is with afrihost and not telkom as i don't want 2 people passing the problem around saying its not their fault. Well now nothing is happening, can you tell me what is worse? My internet was off from the 31 of December until the 3rd of January, now its off again from the 26 till the time of writing. Afrihost has sent me a response telling me that a ticket has been submitted with telkom (that was the 28th). I seem to be stuck with the problem i tried to avoid in the first place and don't know what to do.
