no internet for 25 days

Our internet line is not working on the 8th of Feb. The 10th I reported by email the problem @ afrihost. 17 feb telkom was here. They told us that is not the rooter but the line. Several times I send emails to afrihost and asked what is going on. They told me telkom has a high workload. The 3rd of march I phone afrihost - they sorry and in 24 hours telkom will be @ my home. Otherwise I must phoned them. telkom was not here and I phoned afrihost. They promise me again they will come. Now 25 days later still no telkom technican or internet. I told them this morning I will get a new provider and I am very unhappy because my children getting behind with there studies. I paid in full every month my account. I need help urgently!!!
