No internet for 22 days

I have never experienced such bad service. I was on the phone for more then 59mins until my airtime ran out. I emailed previously all my concerns. Still no internet. The support staff had the audacity to say he can only call me back after 8 and when I said this service is not up to scratch. I’m apperantly spitting out jargon. This is also apparently not a toll free service so I should waste my airtime when they can’t call or send out maintenance. It’s been 22 days still no internet. I would not recommend afrihost. I plan to cancel after this last call
