No internet even after paying

This company is *** . I mean complete *** . So on they website it shows I owe a specific amount like R50 . I paid but it still says I owe . I call them they say I owe R727 okay no problem I paid . But it still says I owe them R50 and I don’t have internet and I can’t work .

Save your self some stress they are expensive which wants that much of a concern because I had a choice to choose them or another ISP . They are expensive and don’t have various options to pay them . Even if you pay they don’t bring back your internet they will tell you they are working on it . I contacted their agents , management even told them that I can write as many emails they want me to and also add proof of payment in exchange being my internet back . But still they can’t help .

Trust me this company is *** . Choose gh and find out .
