No Internet Connection, but billed almost R3000 thus far

<p>Afrihost has not been able to connect me to the Internet since installation/ I have not been able to use Afrihost services at all. I probably spent R500 on cellphone costs and I have done the following to try and get Afrihost to resolve the issue without success:<br />- I have probably spoke to eight support people;<br />- A support person put me through to *** who undertook to escalated the issue;<br />- I have an email that I was copied into from *** - Afrihost SupportAfrihost.com who escalated the issue to Afrihost fibre department. The email he sent was ********** />- Bradley contacted me and asked me to email screenshots that he asked me to make, which I sent ********** who undertook to escalate the issue to Afrihost fibre department;<br />- I contacted Afrihost twice via client zone and once via Facebook without a response.</p> <p>Because, after all of the above, I was still not able to use Afrihost services at all, I asked a support person to cancel my account with Afrihost and to enter a request that I Afrihost can collect their modem and refund the money I have paid for a service that I have not been able to use. I was told that I cannot get a reference number because Afrihost systems were slow, but that a reference number would be sent to me via email and Whatsapp as soon as the system worked again. I did not receive the reference number. The following day I followed up with Afrihost accounts department regarding the cancellation and was told that none of the notes I request were on the system. I have lost trust in Afrihost's ability to fix the issue and provide a service so with the The South African Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008 in mind I once again request the following:<br />- collect your router;<br />- refund the installation fee and prorate fibre fee for June to the value of R1994.10<br />- refund the fibre fee that was deducted 1 July 2017 of R947.00<br />= R2941.10</p>
